
Wir unterhalten ein breit assortiertes Lager an Federstahldrähten in den Qualitäten patentiert gezogen Sorte SH, DH, rostfrei wie 1.4310, 1.4401, 1.4568 u.a, Ventilfederstahl wie VDC, VDCrV, VDSiCr ….
Federstahldraht patentiert gezogen, EN 10270-1
Der vorgezogene oder vorgewalzte Federstahldraht wird beim Patentieren auf Härtetemperatur erhitzt und anschliessend in einem Bleibad, Salzbad oder an der Luft auf 500 – 600 °C isothermisch abgeschreckt. Dadurch erreicht man ein fein perlitisches Gefüge. Anschliessend wird der Drahtquerschnitt durch Kaltziehen auf das gewünschte Mass reduziert. Die Querschnittverminderung beträgt bis über 80%. Dadurch werden die gewünschten Werte für Zugfestigkeit, Elastizitätsgrenze, Dehnung erreicht.

Nichtrostende Federstahldrähte basieren auf austenitischen, Chrom-Nickel-legierten Stählen, diese werden durch Kaltverfestigung auf hohe Festigkeit gebracht. Der Draht wird im federharten Zustand zu Federn verarbeitet und danach wärmebehandelt.
