Centrifugal casting is a casting process for the manufacture of rotationally symmetrical components. For this purpose, molten metal is filled into a casting mould (mould) rotating around its central axis. The melt is also rotated by friction-related shear forces and pressed against the mould wall by centrifugal force. The rotation speed of the mould is selected in such a way that high centrifugal forces act under which the melt solidifies. This results in a microstructure with hardly any pores and a high degree of purity. This results in a significantly higher strength than with cast iron.

We supply centrifugal castings as tubes pre-machined or parts finished to your drawing
